【Position】Part-Time Assistant

【Salary】NT$10,000/month

【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Assist with administrative tasks and financial reimbursement processes (e.g., organizing documents, expense reporting).
  2. Use AI tools (e.g., NotebookLM) to help organize and translate articles; requires basic skills in keyword extraction and command usage.
  3. Assist with editing and minor adjustments of AI-generated audio/video content (e.g., podcasts or instructional videos).
  4. Support the management of the center’s social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), including post organization and content publishing.
  5. Provide administrative and on-site support for center events.
  6. Handle other tasks assigned by the center’s supervisors.

【Requirements】

  1. Basic administrative and office skills.
  2. Experience with expense reporting or administrative work is a plus.
  3. Interest and basic proficiency in AI tools is a plus.
  4. Basic video/audio editing, digital content organization, or social media management experience is a plus.
  5. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and time management skills.

【Working Hours】Four 3-hour shifts per week
(Must coordinate with the center; on-site support may be required when necessary)
