How We Contribute to the Achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

In promoting corporate sustainability and social responsibility, CSHCR  continuously strengthens its alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through diverse initiatives, including academic publications, participation as professional reviewers, organizing events, and developing a Industry and Enterprise Talent Database.

How We Align with Three UN SDGs：

		Family Governance, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and Organizational Performance Explores how governance in family firms affects performance, environment, and society to support sustainable development   Strategic Human Resource and Stars Management Examines how strategic HR practices help attract and retain top talent to build competitive advantage.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship Strategy This initiative explores the relationship between core talent in Taiwan’s startups and their judgment, decision-making, actions, and outcomes regarding entrepreneurial opportunities. It also aims to establish the Industry and Corporate Talent Database.
		International Benchmarking and Collaboration Center Established a long-term partnership with the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University, and integrated into the Center's collaborative network.
