Have you ever wondered why sustainability initiatives are often so difficult to implement within organizations?

As more and more organizations invest in sustainability efforts, we must also ask:
Are these efforts being effectively managed, made visible, and ultimately translated into tangible social impact?

This workshop focuses on the practical transformation from sustainability actions to social impact. It helps organizations clarify their internal impact management processes, and through an interactive co-creation experience using the Impact Diagnostic Card Deck, participants will be guided to review current practices, identify key pain points, and further enhance impact management and decision-making quality.

For this special session, we are honored to welcome Prof. Ainurul Rosli from Hult International Business School, and Dr. Jane Chang, Director & Co-Founder of Social Value Malaysia, to share insights from both international practice and academic perspectives. Together, they will explore the core concepts, real-world applications, and future trends of social impact management—helping participants reflect on how to make sustainability initiatives more strategic and measurable.
