The global labor market is undergoing a major transformation: declining birth rates and widening skill gaps have led to severe labor shortages, while AI technologies are rapidly permeating every aspect of human resource management. Against this backdrop, HR’s role, value creation, and professional capabilities must be redefined and reimagined.
This seminar brings together distinguished speakers from academia and industry to explore new perspectives and innovative approaches to talent strategy management—bridging theory and practice. Through a Panel Discussion and Open Space session, participants will engage in in-depth dialogue and cross-sector exchange.
