2026 Workshop on Organizational Research Methods (2026/12/26, 28-30)
📚【From Research Design to Empirical Analysis: Advancing Organizational Research Methods】✍️
As research questions in organizational and management studies become increasingly diverse and complex, selecting appropriate analytical methods and enhancing the rigor of research design and empirical analysis have become essential for researchers seeking to advance their work.
The 2026 Workshop on Organizational Research Methods features Prof. Wai Hung (Gordon) Cheung from the Management & International Business Department, University of Auckland.
On December 22 and 26, One-on-One Paper Development sessions will be held at National Taiwan University and National Sun Yat-sen University, respectively, to provide individualized feedback and recommendations for research and manuscript development.
From December 28 to December 30, the three-day workshop will cover measurement equivalence/invariance, moderation and moderated mediation, and multilevel modeling and daily diary data analysis, with hands-on applications using R and lavaan.
📌One-on-One Paper Development
These one-on-one sessions are designed to support researchers preparing manuscripts for submission to the 2027 Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting, providing individualized feedback and recommendations for research and manuscript development.
