Workshop - How to Publish at Top-Tier Management Journals（2026/07/09）

The College of Management at National Sun Yat-sen University, together with the Center for Strategy and Human Capital Research, will invite Professor Joanna Lin, currently affiliated with the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, USA, to conduct a one-day workshop on July 9, 2026 (Thursday).

The workshop is titled “How to Publish at Top-Tier Management Journals.”

Prof. Joanna Lin currently serves on the editorial boards of several leading international journals in the field of management, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes。

In addition, Prof. Joanna Lin has published dozens of articles in top-tier management journals, including the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), Journal of Applied Psychology (JAP), Organization Science (OS), Journal of Management (JOM), Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes (OBHDP), Personnel Psychology, and Human Relation.

  Prof. Joanna Lin will share her extensive experience in publishing in leading academic journals, offering practical strategies on how to frame and position research, refine academic writing, strengthen theoretical and empirical contributions, and effectively respond to reviewers’ comments and concerns.
• This talk will be delivered in Chinese.
