【Position Title】Postdoctoral Fellow

【Number of Openings】1 Position

【Location】No. 70, Lianhai Road, Kaohsiung City 80424, CM2027 Office

【Work Schedule】Monday to Friday, 09:00~18:00

【Leave Policy】According to the Labor Standards Act

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Assist in executing research projects related to Family Businesses and Human Resource
2. Plan and organize center activities and projects
3. Coordinate and contact with domestic and international visitors to the center
4. Edit center reports and publications (in both Chinese and English)
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

【Qualifications】

1. Ph.D. degree in Management or Sociology
2. Qualitative research skills
3. Strong oral communication and coordination abilities in both Chinese and English
4. Proficient in written editing in both Chinese and English
5. Project management skills
