【Position】Postdoctoral Fellow

【Location】National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan

【Starting Date】Immediately (negotiable)

【Salary】According to National Sun Yat-sen University postdoctoral salary standards, starting from NT$62,400 per month.

【Leave】In accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

【Responsibilities】

  1. Assist with research projects related to family business and human resource management
  2. Support center activities and project-related tasks
  3. Coordinate with domestic and international visitors
  4. Edit reports and publications (both in Chinese and English)
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

【Qualifications】

  1. Ph.D. in the Humanities or Social Sciences
  2. Proficiency in quantitative methods and survey analysis in the social sciences
  3. Strong communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English
  4. Strong writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English
