📌Special Lecture — The Efficiency Trap of Agentic AI in Human Resource Management
Agentic AI is transforming human resource management from data-driven support toward autonomous execution. While improving efficiency and consistency, it may also constrain organizational flexibility and weaken resilience in the face of multiple crises.
Drawing on Weick’s Theory of Loose Coupling, this research examines the critical role of human managers in organizational adaptation and value-based decision-making. It also proposes a governance framework to balance AI execution efficiency with organizations’ long-term adaptive capacity.
