第三屆全球家族企業國際(全英) 研討會 (International Conference on Global Family Business) 將於2025 年 12 月 27 至 28 日，在國立中山大學策略與人力資本研究中心舉行。

今年會議主題聚焦於家族企業的接班傳承 (Succession in Family Firms) ，這是確保家族企業得以代代延續與永續經營的關鍵議題。

本次跨學科會議旨在匯聚來自社會科學與管理科學領域的學者，共同探討家族企業在接班規劃與執行方面的新見解。此次活動亦提供一個平台，促進研究人員、實務工作者與政策制定者之間的對話與合

作，以深化我們對接班挑戰與機會的理解。

在家族企業的中，接班是最具關鍵性的事件之一，往往決定企業未來的成敗。本次會議將從多元觀點探討接班議題，包括家族動態、企業策略、文化影響與公司治理面。

✍🏼投稿須知

我們誠摯邀請投稿延伸摘要（500–1,000 字）或完整論文，內容需具原創性並對本領域有所貢獻。投稿內容請包含：

• 論文標題
• 作者姓名、所屬機構與聯絡方式
• 摘要內容（簡要說明研究問題、研究方法與主要發現）

📌所有投稿將經過雙盲審查(double-blind peer review process)。通過審查之論文將獲邀於會議發表，並有機會收錄於同行審查期刊特刊或專書論文集中出版。

📌本次研討會皆全程使用英文進行。
